I proceeded like this,

(100x + 10y +z) + (100x + 10z + y) = (100y + 10z + x)

it gives, 199x - 89y + z =0

But with logic.
So lets solve it:
now you have an eq:
89y= 199x+z

you know each of the numbers are between 1 and 9 (You can guess why??).

so now lets look at the possible right hand term:
it can be ~200± 9 or ~400 ± 9 or ~ 600 ± 9 or ~ 800 ± 9.

it can not be more than that because max left hand side can be: 801 (89*9)

so look at ~200±9 so left hand side can be 89*2= 178 which is nearest but will not give any answer.
@ 400±9 89*4 (=356) is nearest, but answer can nt be find.
@600 ± 9; 89*7(=623) is nearest buut answer can nt be find.

@800±9 we have 89*9=801 whic lies in the region.

so from here you can calculate x=4; y=9 and z=5.
