If you aim for the Sun you will always manage to get to the Moon, on similar lines the books prescribed for IIT JEE are more than sufficient for the preparation of AIEEE.
However, the level of difficulty of problems asked is a bit different and for that one must go through the previous years papers of AIEEE to develop a feel.
